About these terms

These terms are an agreement between you and Alexander Kharchenko, a sole trader trading as Really Good Job Finder ("we", "us"). They apply when you join the early-access list, create an account or subscribe. Please read them alongside our privacy policy and cancellation and refund policy.

What the service does

Really Good Job Finder uses an AI agent to help you find job openings. You give it your CV and tell it what you're looking for. It searches the web, mainly employers' own careers pages, and returns roles it thinks suit you, with notes on why. You decide whether and where to apply.

We never apply for jobs, put you forward for roles, or contact employers or recruiters on your behalf. We don't act for any employer.

What we can't promise

• Job listings belong to the employers who publish them. They can change, close or contain mistakes, and the agent can get things wrong, including salaries, locations, closing dates and whether a role is still open. Please check each listing before you apply.
• We can't guarantee that you'll find a job, get an interview or receive an offer, or that a search will return any particular number of roles.

Early access

We're opening the service gradually. Joining the early-access list is free. It doesn't guarantee you a place and doesn't commit you to subscribing.

Your account

• You must be 18 or over to create an account. For now, the service is designed for people looking for work in the UK.
• Keep your sign-in details safe. You're responsible for what happens under your account.
• Accounts are for one person. Please don't share yours.

Subscription and payment

• The subscription costs £20 a month, in pounds sterling. The price shown is the total you pay.
• You pay in advance through Stripe, our payment provider. Your subscription renews automatically each month until you cancel.
• Each month's plan includes up to 30 searches and a monthly allowance of messages to the agent. Unused allowance doesn't carry over.
• If a payment fails, we may pause your access until it's resolved.
• If we change the price, we'll email you at least 30 days before the new price applies. You can cancel before then.

Cancelling

You can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the period you've paid for. New subscribers can cancel within 14 days of their first payment for a full refund. The details are in our cancellation and refund policy. None of this affects your statutory rights.

Fair use

Use the service for your own job search. Please don't:

• share your account, or resell or republish the results
• scrape the service, overload it or try to get around its limits or security
• upload a CV or other content that isn't yours or that you don't have permission to use
• use the service for anything unlawful or to harass anyone

Your content

Your CV, profile and notes belong to you. You give us permission to store and process them only to provide the service to you, including sending them to our AI provider as described in our privacy policy. Please make sure what you upload is accurate and yours to share.

Changes to the service

We'll keep improving the service and may change how it works. If we make a change that significantly reduces what you're paying for, we'll tell you in advance, and you can cancel and receive a refund for any period you've paid for but won't use.

We work hard to keep the service running smoothly, but we can't promise it will always be available or free of errors.

Suspending or closing accounts

We may suspend or close your account if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms. Where it's reasonable, we'll warn you first. If we close your account for any other reason, we'll refund any period you've paid for but won't be able to use.

Our responsibility to you

We're responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care and skill. We're not responsible for loss or damage that isn't foreseeable.

The service is for personal use. We're not responsible for business losses, such as loss of profit or business opportunity.

Except where the law doesn't allow it, our total responsibility to you is limited to the amount you've paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Nothing in these terms limits our responsibility for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law doesn't allow us to limit, and nothing affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

If something isn't right, email hello@reallygoodjobfinder.com and we'll do our best to sort it out quickly.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. You can bring proceedings in the courts of England and Wales, or, if you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, in your local courts.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If a change is significant, we'll email account holders at least 30 days before it takes effect. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed.
