Apply where the queue is shorter.

Our AI agent learns what you're after, then searches companies' own careers pages for roles that fit: the openings that get buried under the big job boards. You read the shortlist and apply direct.

The problem

Graduate job hunting has become a numbers game.

140

applications for every graduate job in the UK, on average.

That's a record high, up from 38 in 2002/03. The Institute of Student Employers says tools like LinkedIn's Easy Apply are part of the reason: they let people apply for more jobs, more quickly.

01

Easy to apply means everyone applies

When applying takes one click, every listing fills up fast. A good CV still has to fight its way out of a very big pile.

02

The better odds are scattered

Applying on an employer's own site takes more effort, so fewer people do it. But there are thousands of these pages and no single place to search them.

03

The search becomes the job

Checking careers pages, skipping expired ads and recruiter reposts, and remembering what you've already seen eats hours every week.

How it works

You bring the CV. It does the digging.

Setting up is one short conversation. After that, searches run in the background, usually for a few minutes, while you get on with your day.

  1. your-cv.pdf✓ Read

    Step 1

    Add your CV

Upload a PDF or Word file, or paste the text. It reads your experience so you don't have to type it all out again.

  2. What kind of work are you hoping for?

Data or analytics, ideally climate-related. Bristol or remote.

    Step 2

    Tell it what you want

The agent asks about the work you're after, where, your salary expectations and any deal-breakers, then writes a search profile you can read and edit.

  3. Still taking applications

    On the employer's own site

    Not one you've seen

    Step 3

    It goes looking

It searches employers' careers pages for live roles that match, opens each one to check it's still open, and skips anything you've already seen.

  4. NewAppliedInterview

    Step 4

    You pick and apply

Every role comes with why it fits, what might count against you and whether you'll need a cover letter. Choose the ones you like and apply directly.

What you get

A shortlist worth reading.

No endless feed. A handful of roles at a time, each one checked and explained.

Straight from the employer

It looks on companies' own careers pages and hiring systems, and steers clear of reposts and recruiter ads.

Checked before you see it

Each link is opened to make sure the role is live and still taking applications.

Honest about the fit

A match score, the reasons it suits you, and the gaps an employer might spot.

Know the effort up front

See whether an application is CV-only or needs a cover letter before you start.

Never the same job twice

It remembers every role it has shown you, including the ones you turned down.

Tracking built in

Move roles from new to applied to interview, and keep notes as you go.

Why we built it

We built this for our own job hunts. We were sending application after application into Easy Apply black holes, so we built an agent to look on company careers pages instead. It turned up roles we'd never have found scrolling job boards, and it helped us land jobs. Now we're opening it up.

FAQ

Questions, answered.

Anything else? Email hello@reallygoodjobfinder.com and a real person will reply.

Does it apply to jobs for me?

No, and that's deliberate. It finds and checks roles; you decide which are worth your time and apply yourself, directly with the employer. It never contacts employers or recruiters on your behalf.

Where does it look?

Mainly on companies' own careers pages and the hiring systems they use to post jobs, such as Workday, Greenhouse and Lever. It avoids job-board reposts and recruiter listings wherever it can.

Who is it for?

Anyone looking for work in the UK, but it's built with graduates and early-career roles in mind. That's where one-click applications have made things hardest.

How many jobs will I get?

It depends on what you're after. Each search returns up to 10 roles, and the agent is told to return fewer rather than pad the list with weak matches. A very specific search can come back empty. That's the system working, not failing.

Can I trust every listing?

Each role is checked when it's found, but job ads change and AI can get things wrong. Give each listing a quick read before you apply. You'd want to anyway.

What happens to my CV?

It's stored in your private account and used only to run your searches. To do that, it's processed by our AI provider, OpenAI. We never sell your data or share it with employers or recruiters, and you can ask us to delete everything at any time.
